Salary: $90,746 - $200,000

What you will do
- Define and own the long-term vision and roadmap for Core Services, aligning with enterprise architecture and scalability.
- Establish service definitions, APIs, and integration models for consistent adoption across product teams.
- Lead strategy for identity, authorization, auditability, notifications, and transaction orchestration.
- Partner with engineering, security, and operations to guide design, planning, and trade-offs.
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, risk, reliability, and strategy; monitor SLOs and adoption metrics.
- Drive technology consolidation and reusable solutions to reduce complexity.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of product management experience, including technical or platform products.
- Prior software engineering or technical lead experience.
- Strong knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, role/attribute-based access control.
- Experience with distributed systems, API-first design, event-driven architectures.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver broadly adopted shared services.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, microservices, high-scale systems.
