What you will do

• Define and own the long-term vision and roadmap for Core Services, aligning with enterprise architecture and scalability.
• Establish service definitions, APIs, and integration models for consistent adoption across product teams.
• Lead strategy for identity, authorization, auditability, notifications, and transaction orchestration.
• Partner with engineering, security, and operations to guide design, planning, and trade-offs.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, risk, reliability, and strategy; monitor SLOs and adoption metrics.
• Drive technology consolidation and reusable solutions to reduce complexity.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of product management experience, including technical or platform products.
• Prior software engineering or technical lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, role/attribute-based access control.
• Experience with distributed systems, API-first design, event-driven architectures.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver broadly adopted shared services.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, microservices, high-scale systems.
