TL;DR
Partnerships Manager (LATAM Fintech): Own and grow a strategic portfolio of partners including acquirers, APMs, banks, and fraud providers with an accent on integrations, co-selling initiatives, and long-term commercial relationships. Focus on driving ecosystem growth, negotiating agreements, and cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and commercial teams.
Location: Remote within LATAM; based in Colombia or Mexico strongly preferred.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end relationships with LATAM partners across acquirers, APMs, banks, and fraud/risk vendors, monitoring health metrics and addressing issues.
- Identify new partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, SLAs, and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to prioritize integrations and leverage partner network for merchant acquisition.
- Lead partner onboarding, develop enablement materials, and organize QBRs and summits.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles in payments, fintech, or financial services.
- Track record managing relationships with acquirers, processors, APMs, banks, or fraud providers.
- Experience in or with LATAM markets strongly preferred; based in Colombia or Mexico strongly preferred, remote within LATAM considered.
- Strong understanding of payments value chain, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Native or fluent Spanish; professional proficiency in English required.
- Data-driven with ability to track KPIs and work cross-functionally.

- Portuguese for Brazil-facing partnerships.
