What you will do

• Engage with inbound customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process
• Analyze customer needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by spotting gaps in coverage
• Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity in sales

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products; broker or call center experience required
• Comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products
• Must have an active Florida and California P&C or Personal Lines license
• Excellent phone communication, sales experience, and customer-first approach
• Technologically competent to navigate multiple systems and tools
• Work at least one weekend day per month; reliable internet required
