Senior Product Designer

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Enterprise Software): Define user experience for new and existing product capabilities with an accent on complex enterprise applications. Focus on creating effective design solutions, developing wireframes and prototypes, conducting user research, and collaborating with developers and product managers.

Location: Hybrid work model in Lausanne, Switzerland (beautiful office with view of Lake Geneva, next to Prilly-Malley train station). Relocation package offered for candidates from other countries.

What you will do

• Define user experience for new and existing product capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and customers across multiple agile teams.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Create effective, aesthetically appealing design solutions for complex problems.
• Meet customers and users to discover needs and test prototypes and features.
• Collaborate with visual designers to improve the design system.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a product designer, UX designer, interaction designer, or similar
• BSc in design, HCI, or equivalent experience
• Experience designing complex enterprise applications (not just websites) is a must
• Expert knowledge of Figma
• Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Online portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions

Nice to have

• Technical background or experience with technical products
• Experience developing and maintaining design system components in Figma
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma Make)
• French language skills
