What you will do

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision for the company-wide design system
• Design, develop, and maintain reusable UI components, patterns, and guidelines
• Establish governance models and ensure consistency across product experiences
• Create documentation and drive adoption through training and advocacy
• Bridge design and engineering teams to align on implementation standards
• Contribute hands-on to product design including user research, prototyping, and features
• Explore and integrate AI tools into design workflows

Requirements

• 6+ years in product design with strong design systems experience
• Proven track record building or scaling design systems
• Strong portfolio showing systems thinking and user-centered design
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
• Experience collaborating with engineering on component-based architecture
• Strong communication and storytelling to influence stakeholders
• Ability to define vision, drive alignment, and lead change
