TL;DR

Customer Support (Banking): Providing face-to-face support to customers in branches and developing skills in customer service with an accent on building relationships and resolving financial queries. Location: Stirling. Working across Bank of Scotland branches within a reasonable distance. 35 hours a week, including Saturdays. If in hybrid locations, meet homeworking criteria such as quiet private room and stable internet.

Salary: £26,200, increasing to £26,950 after 6 months

Requirements

• One year’s customer service experience.
• People person: honest, genuine, caring about helping with finances (no financial services experience required).
• Ability to build relationships quickly for fantastic customer experiences.
