What you will do

• Support the onboarding and continued scheme maintenance of Group Protection policies.
• Handle correspondence and phone interactions with colleagues, brokers, and customers.
• Maintain and validate large volumes of scheme data using Excel formulas and internal tools.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve enquiries and issues efficiently.
• Manage and organize a personal work queue to ensure service levels are met.
• Provide specialized support and consideration for vulnerable customers.

Requirements

• Strong communication and administration skills with a passion for supporting customers.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (desktop or laptop).
• Confidence in using Excel is preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work in Hove, UK for a hybrid arrangement.
