What you will do

• Own financial product strategy for document journey from lead to paid invoice, responding to professionals' workflow needs.
• Build job costing and profitability features tracking real-time impact of change orders and purchase orders.
• Ensure accounting accuracy with audit trails meeting US standards and ledger reconciliation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Reports, and other PMs to unify financial data model.
• Handle tax compliance and digital payment regulations in invoicing.
• Write PRDs, manage backlog, lead sprints, and track KPIs like payment adoption and time-to-invoice.
• Engage with customers and Design for intuitive UX balancing complex financial logic.

Requirements

• Financial Domain Expertise: Strong competency in US accounting system; experience in Fintech, Construction Finance, or B2B Financial SaaS desired.
• 3-5 years Product Management experience owning complex B2B SaaS workflows.
• Technical literacy in data modeling, identity resolution, and conflict handling.
• Proven influence in matrixed teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Support).
• Global Collaboration: Willingness to work flexible evening hours for global teams and US/international customers.
• Proficiency in product analytics for workflow optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP integrations (QuickBooks, Xero).
• Domain knowledge in Construction and Design professions.
