What you will do

  • Act as subject matter expert on Smartly products, communicating and implementing solutions for new customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to deliver tailored platform solutions for Tier 1-3 key customers.
  • Own technical execution of onboarding plans, ensuring successful account setup and ongoing partnership.
  • Train clients on platform aspects, reporting views, feeds for automations, and workflow optimization.
  • Tailor onboarding journeys to customer challenges, drive product adoption, and address gaps using Smartly tools.
  • Organize and manage onboarding processes, create Google Slides decks for plans, strategies, and insights.
  • Qualify cases with teams to deliver on sales promises and foster successful onboarding culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years digital experience, ideally with paid social (Meta) and programmatic media buying.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools.
  • Experience with Google Sheets features and functions.
  • Proficiency in creating visually appealing presentations with Google Slides.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, able to thrive in fast-paced collaborative environment.
