TL;DR

Commercial Operations Manager (Home Care Marketplace): Build and own the operational infrastructure supporting ~2,000 home care partners with an accent on playbooks, self-serve resources, documentation, and automated workflows. Focus on managing client relationships, handling operational queries, educating partners on success metrics, and feeding insights into product, engineering, and sales.

Location: Hybrid (London Bridge, minimum 2 core office days per week)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (+ commission + equity)

hirify.global is creating the AI operating system for social care, including a B2B2C marketplace and SaaS products to help care providers manage enquiries, occupancy, and finances.

What you will do

  • Build and own operational infrastructure like playbooks, self-serve resources, documentation, and workflows to scale partner support.
  • Manage client-facing relationships with home care operators at head office and branch levels, handling difficult conversations.
  • Collaborate with CS ops to identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions.
  • Educate partners on success metrics, prevent churn risks, and support retention by demonstrating ROI.
  • Handle operational queries at scale including invoicing, payments, and onboarding.
  • Feed insights from the partner network back into product, engineering, and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Hybrid work in London Bridge: minimum 2 core office days per week
  • Process-minded with experience building systems, documentation, and operational efficiency.
  • Natural problem-solver, resourceful in ambiguous environments.
  • Confident in client-facing situations, building trust and handling challenging conversations.
  • Commercial awareness to connect operations to business outcomes.
  • Self-starter with high ownership and attention to detail.
