What you will do

  • Own full-funnel B2B growth strategy for Singapore and partial North Asia, hitting pipeline targets from leads to conversions.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize complex outbound sequences targeting enterprise decision-makers.
  • Execute high-impact events, webinars, and trade shows end-to-end.
  • Collaborate on performance retargeting and ABM, analyzing data to identify what works.
  • Create sales collateral, thought leadership, and regional messaging.
  • Manage vendors and local partnerships for sponsorships.

Requirements

  • English and Mandarin speaker.
  • Proven owner mentality with full project accountability from start to finish.
  • Entrepreneurial drive from startups, founding, or high-engagement side projects.
  • Thrive in fast-paced chaos handling multiple complex workstreams.
  • Broad growth toolkit: performance marketing, data analysis, campaigns, events.
  • Bias toward action as a self-starter with strategic instincts for Singapore market.
