What you will do

• Lead the frontend team: planning, task prioritization, and workload distribution
• Conduct regular 1:1s, support engineers’ growth, and build a strong team culture
• Ensure predictable and high-quality product delivery including development, QA, and releases
• Improve engineering processes and development standards
• Design architecture of complex frontend systems and key application components
• Stay hands-on with code reviews, complex tasks, critical features, and modern tools including AI

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React)
• Proven experience leading a development team of 3+ engineers
• Strong ability to design architecture of complex applications
• Solid understanding of browser internals and performance optimization
• Experience building and improving engineering processes (planning, delivery, QA, release)
• Hands-on experience with testing (unit, integration, E2E)
• Leadership experience: mentoring, giving feedback, and taking ownership of outcomes
