What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, overseeing performance, coaching, and technical prioritization.
• Own the engineering strategy for acquisition surfaces, including landing pages and customer funnels.
• Design and maintain a headless CMS architecture supporting global and region-specific content.
• Build CMS-driven frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Legal to ensure regional experiences are compliant and effective.
• Improve analytics, instrumentation, and observability to drive conversion and funnel performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building frontend applications with TypeScript and React.
• Proven experience in people management, including hiring and coaching engineers.
• Strong background in web acquisition surfaces, marketing sites, or onboarding journeys.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms and multi-region localized web experiences.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, and SEO.
• Must be based in the EMEA region.

• Experience in regulated industries like fintech.
