What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, overseeing performance, coaching, and technical prioritization.
- Own the engineering strategy for acquisition surfaces, including landing pages and customer funnels.
- Design and maintain a headless CMS architecture supporting global and region-specific content.
- Build CMS-driven frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Legal to ensure regional experiences are compliant and effective.
- Improve analytics, instrumentation, and observability to drive conversion and funnel performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building frontend applications with TypeScript and React.
- Proven experience in people management, including hiring and coaching engineers.
- Strong background in web acquisition surfaces, marketing sites, or onboarding journeys.
- Experience with headless CMS platforms and multi-region localized web experiences.
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, and SEO.
- Must be based in the EMEA region.

- Experience in regulated industries like fintech.
- Proficiency with Next.js or similar React frameworks.
- Familiarity with geo-gating or feature flag-based content delivery.
