What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy for tools used by government partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Account Management teams.
• Synthesize customer insights to shape roadmap priorities.
• Launch new (0→1) products and iterate based on user feedback.
• Establish and track key success metrics to measure product impact.
• Act as the internal advocate for government users and their operational needs.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management, particularly in enterprise or B2B products.
• Experience launching and scaling new products (0→1).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Ability to define strategy and drive execution within Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in California to be eligible for the stated compensation range.

• Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments.

• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks like A/B testing.
