What you will do

• Own integrations product roadmap from discovery, prioritization, design, delivery, to adoption based on customer workflows and partnerships
• Define strategy for ingress (external data into hirify.global) and egress (hirify.global content to CRMs, DAMs, CMSs, project tools)
• Make architecture decisions on MCP, direct APIs, third-party platforms evaluating coverage, auth, maintenance, and enterprise readiness
• Navigate enterprise complexities like dual-layer auth, security reviews, SSO/SAML, data governance, and IT procurement
• Build composable integration framework with reusable patterns like entity browsers and field mappers
• Collaborate with hirify.global product teams, engineering, design, partners, and customers to ensure reliable connectivity and influence roadmaps
• Track success metrics on adoption, activation, workflow completion, retention, and deal conversion

Requirements

• 5+ years product management, 3+ years in integrations, platform/API products, or developer ecosystems in Enterprise SaaS
• Experience shipping integrations to enterprise systems (CRMs, marketing automation, DAMs, CMSs, project tools) handling inconsistent APIs, auth, IT requirements
• Strong technical fluency in OAuth, API design, webhooks, MCP protocols, data models, system architecture
• Experience with enterprise security/compliance (IT reviews, SOC 2, data residency, procurement)
• Ruthless prioritization balancing customer urgency and platform investments
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, partnerships, sales, customer success
• Strong communication for vision articulation, specs, stakeholder translation
