Compensation: $32.00 – $37.00/hr + Annual Bonus + Profit Sharing

What you will do

• Safely operate autonomous trucks on public roads for development testing and commercial pilot operations.
• Haul commercial freight between customer locations or meet points.
• Provide detailed feedback on system performance and behaviors to improve self-driving technology.
• Use internal tools on smartphone/tablet to track assigned and completed work.
• Maintain industry-leading safety standards and internal compliance benchmarks.
• Stay alert during extended periods of vehicle autonomy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Class A driving experience
• Valid Class A CDL with Airbrake Endorsement and current DOT Medical Certificate
• Strictly clean MVR: no reckless driving, leaving accident scenes, license suspensions/revocations, or moving violations in the last 7 years
• Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and sleep apnea screening
