Salary: $31 - $43 /hour USD

What you will do

• Manually drive Class 8 commercial and passenger vehicles safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Operate Class 8 autonomous vehicles on public roadways and test tracks.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and DOT compliance.
• Provide detailed feedback regarding vehicle performance and system capabilities.
• Maintain and improve the company culture of excellence in safety.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent commercial driving experience with combination vehicles.
• Must pass a clean background check, drug screen, and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to use electronic logging devices.
• Comfortable working late night and weekend shifts.
• Passionate about self-driving technologies and solving complex problems.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with vehicle autonomy.
• Experience troubleshooting computer systems.
