Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Aledo, El Paso, Houston, or Palmer, Texas, or Phoenix, Arizona; U.S. work authorization is required. Hybrid work environment with terminal-based operations, rotating day and night shifts, weekends, overtime, and up to 50% travel.
Salary: $31.00–$38.50 per hour, approximately $4,960–$6,160 per month.

What you will do
- Pilot autonomous semi-trucks during on-road and closed-course testing.
- Monitor the Driver during extended periods of autonomous operation and maintain safe vehicle control.
- Record real-time feedback on autonomy and platform performance for engineering teams.
- Escalate operational blockers, suggest solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain knowledge of software and operational changes, required certifications, and third-party platform access.
- Represent professionally when interacting with the public and support operational goals.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of commercial truck-driving experience.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and interstate Class A Commercial Driver's License.
- Driving record meeting Motor Vehicle Report guidelines and all DOT qualifications, including a DOT physical.
- Ability to work rotating day, night, weekend, and overtime shifts; up to 50% travel may be required.
- Successful completion of pre-employment, post-incident, and randomized drug testing under FMCSA requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication, proactive decision-making, and minimum age of 21.
Nice to have
- Truck driver trainer or instructor experience.
- Truck technician experience or experience in operations, technology, customer service, or automotive work.
- Experience with G Suite, command-line interfaces, or technology tools.
- Inquisitive, problem-solving attitude and experience working collaboratively.
