What you will do
- Receive, review, and log customer spare parts enquiries in ERP system with timely acknowledgements
- Coordinate with Estimating, update customers and Sales on progress
- Create orders, issue acknowledgements, and facilitate project launch reviews
- Lead progress meetings with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and Sales
- Provide regular customer updates and support Engineering with spare parts lists
- Monitor, report, and analyse KPIs on response times and on-time delivery
Requirements
- Degree-level education in relevant discipline
- Proven experience in sales support and customer-facing roles
- Experience in maritime industry or related sector
- Knowledge of products (or quick learning ability)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident ERP and Microsoft Office user (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Methodical planning and resource allocation skills
