What you will do

• Lead discovery calls and technical deep dives to uncover pain points and identify opportunities across Customer Service Automation portfolio.
• Deliver customized high-impact demos and presentations painting a vision of exceptional customer experience.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs with creative, differentiated responses.
• Design and execute proof-of-value to demonstrate real-world value and accelerate deals.
• Track market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies in AI, digital, analytics, and cloud.
• Provide technical expertise and upskill adjacent teams on AI.

Requirements

• 7+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or sales architecture role planning and executing complex enterprise software sales.
• 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience.
• 5+ years of contact center experience with deep familiarity of CCaaS landscape.
• Proven track record delivering best-in-class solutions with strong work examples.
• Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills.
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI, chatbots, virtual agents, or low-code automation platforms.
• Familiarity with knowledge management, asynchronous messaging, omnichannel engagement, enterprise SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations.
• Working knowledge of web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, DOM, browser developer tools.
• Comfortable with AI-assisted coding tools for rapid prototyping.
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, problem-solving, presentation, and storytelling skills.
