Salary: Up to US$45,000 per annum + uncapped commission

What you will do
- Engage clients to build relationships, identify hiring needs, and secure new business opportunities.
- Negotiate service agreements and manage client collaboration throughout the process.
- Source mid-to-senior and executive candidates via headhunting, cold calling, networking, and messaging.
- Build and maintain relationships with talent to create a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Manage full recruitment cycle: introductions, interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and post-placement support.
Requirements
- Location: Dallas office (in-person final interview required)
- Genuine drive for sales career in phone-based roles, with curiosity, ambition, and resilience.
- Confident, adaptable verbal communication skills tailored to clients and candidates.
- Professionalism: reliable behaviors, preparedness, follow-through, and mature communication under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in sales; evidence of strong work ethic from studies, internships, or jobs.
