TL;DR

Recruitment Consultant (Financial Services/Energy/Life Sciences/Legal): Develop networks, source candidates, and manage recruitment processes for high-level positions in specialized niches with an accent on business development, candidate engagement, and process management. Focus on securing new business, headhunting executives, negotiating offers, and providing post-placement support.

Location: Dallas office (onsite)

Salary: Up to US$45,000 per annum + uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Engage clients to build relationships, identify hiring needs, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate service agreements and manage client collaboration throughout the process.
  • Source mid-to-senior and executive candidates via headhunting, cold calling, networking, and messaging.
  • Build and maintain relationships with talent to create a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Manage full recruitment cycle: introductions, interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and post-placement support.

Requirements

  • Location: Dallas office (in-person final interview required)
  • Genuine drive for sales career in phone-based roles, with curiosity, ambition, and resilience.
  • Confident, adaptable verbal communication skills tailored to clients and candidates.
  • Professionalism: reliable behaviors, preparedness, follow-through, and mature communication under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in sales; evidence of strong work ethic from studies, internships, or jobs.
