Senior Cloud Product Manager (Cloud)

Location: Remote within Germany, with hybrid or fully on-site options near offices in Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, or Munich

hirify.global provides cloud and IT infrastructure products and is expanding its portfolio into a new market segment.

What you will do

• Build a new cloud product from the ground up within a greenfield venture.
• Establish customer and support feedback channels and translate market needs into a product vision.
• Own the product roadmap end to end, from strategy and prioritisation through delivery.
• Refine product ideas, sequence initiatives for maximum impact, and shape the user experience with UX.
• Coordinate with finance, infrastructure, development, sales, support, marketing, and leadership.
• Establish a two-year product roadmap and define KPIs for platform success.

Requirements

• Extensive senior-level product management experience, ideally in cloud or IT infrastructure.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of product roadmaps from strategy to delivery.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, including containers, Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with data-driven prioritisation, A/B testing, and agile frameworks such as Scrum.
• Experience coordinating engineering, sales, support, and leadership as a central point of contact.
• Professional fluency in English is required; the role is based in Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with pricing and packaging.
• German language skills.
• Product management certifications such as CSPO or Pragmatic Institute.
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
