What you will do

  • Implement and refine managed services strategy tailored to pharma and life sciences needs.
  • Analyze and conceptualize new service offerings, bundling them into globally deliverable managed services.
  • Create financial and pricing models for recurring payments and lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and identify new opportunities in Pharma & Life Science sector.
  • Collaborate with teams to design compliant service offerings and support client transitions.
  • Represent company at events, build relationships, and support marketing of managed services.

Requirements

  • Native-speaker level in English, third language preferred.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, International Business, Life Sciences or related; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in business development, managed services, or MES in Pharma/Life Science.
  • Experience managing complex international programs; project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2).
  • Deep knowledge of MES platforms, managed services, regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, EMA).
  • Strong financial acumen and track record in growth strategies; willingness to travel.
