What you will do

• Drive strategic adoption by guiding users to leverage AI features and abandon Excel workflows.
• Build long-term relationships with CFOs and Treasurers as primary strategic contact.
• Own account governance, customer experience, and resolution of production issues.
• Advocate for DACH market insights to influence global product roadmap.
• Proactively monitor health metrics, resolve friction points, and prevent churn.
• Identify expansion opportunities and ensure renewals by demonstrating ROI.

Requirements

• Native/Fluent in German (essential) and professional working proficiency in English.
• 3–6 years in accounting, treasury, or finance (Big 4 a plus).
• Strong understanding of balance sheets, financial workflows, and treasury mechanics.
• Commercial mindset for renewals, expansion, and proving business value.
• Strategic communication to translate software into business impact.
• Degree in Finance, Business, or similar; CTP/CFA certifications a plus.
