What you will do

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise administration across internal and customer-facing systems
  • Map, optimize, and improve the enterprise customer lifecycle, including provisioning, account configuration, growth, and renewal
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, revenue, implementation, engineering) for seamless workflow execution
  • Influence senior stakeholders and executives to secure investment and prioritization of initiatives
  • Measure success via operational efficiency, reduced overhead, improved onboarding, and customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the connective link between technology and operational teams for a unified admin experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior product manager in enterprise SaaS with cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Expertise in enterprise lifecycle management, internal tooling, or admin experience domains
  • Skilled at mapping and redesigning complex workflows across multiple systems and teams
  • Strong systems thinking balancing operational realities with customer experience goals
  • Experience influencing executives in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; user- and outcome-focused mindset

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with provisioning, account configuration tools, and enterprise customer lifecycle platforms
