Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 USD + equity

A YC-backed hypergrowth startup building an AI-powered SaaS platform to help nonprofits discover and manage grants.

What you will do

• Conduct deep problem discovery and synthesize customer insights from nonprofits to articulate root causes of pain points.
• Develop strategic narratives and sequence outcome-driven product roadmaps using MVPs and MLPs to reduce risk.
• Design human-in-the-loop AI workflows for high-stakes use cases such as grant applications and reviews.
• Define product North Stars and track leading and lagging indicators (completion rates, retention, NRR) to assess impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, and GTM teams to ensure feature adoptability and positioning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience owning problem discovery, strategy, and execution end-to-end.
• Experience building and shipping AI-powered features in real production environments.
• Must be based in the US to support a hybrid schedule (once per week in the Oakland office).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
