What you will do

• Own and evolve end-to-end data architecture across Snowflake and Power BI, including modeling, transformation, semantic layers, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Define and execute AI-first data strategy to support machine learning, predictive analytics, and generative AI use cases.
• Design and implement company-wide data governance framework with ownership models, quality standards, metadata management, and accountability.
• Act as trusted advisor to executives across Product, Finance, GTM, and Operations, translating data into actionable insights.
• Build and lead high-performing BI and data organization, driving execution in fast-paced environment.
• Partner with vendors to deliver scalable solutions and lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy to outcomes.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States on full-time permanent basis; no new employer-sponsored visa sponsorship
• Candidates with transferable U.S. work authorization (e.g., certain H-1B) considered case-by-case
• 10+ years in data, analytics, or BI leadership with enterprise-level ownership
• Deep experience with Snowflake, Power BI, data modeling, transformation, and semantic layer design
• Proven success transforming data organizations, enabling AI/ML foundations, and implementing governance at scale
