What you will do

• Build and optimize hirify.global.com, the high-traffic platform for member discovery and conversion.
• Power marketing acquisition channels including paid, SEO, and content distribution at scale.
• Develop self-serve flows for instant prospect conversion from quote to signup.
• Support business initiatives like partnership integrations, accountant tools, referrals, and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research, Product Engineering, Data, PMs, and Design.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience building and shipping web applications.
• Experience with TypeScript and Python in cross-platform environments; modern web technologies; OOP (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#).
• Interest in business side: conversion funnels, marketing metrics, growth drivers.
• Clear career progression with increasing responsibility and impact.
• English working proficiency.
• Legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
