What you will do

• Build innovative AI-driven applications integrating backend AI with user-centric front-end interfaces.
• Collaborate with solutions engineers, data scientists, and industry experts to define requirements and deliver solutions for key enterprise use cases.
• Empower business users to interact with large datasets and extract insights intuitively in the browser.
• Manage end-to-end application lifecycle from PoC to production, including maintenance and architecture improvements for scalability.
• Work with core teams to provide reusable components, best practices, and enable autonomy for data scientists and users.
• Mentor new team members, participate in interviews, and contribute to onboarding.

Requirements

• Full-stack development experience taking apps from PoC to production across front-end and back-end.
• Proficiency in modern reactive front-end frameworks like Vue.js (preferred), React, or Angular.
• Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask), RESTful API design, and adaptation to hirify.global’s stack.
• Experience with data-intensive applications and high-performance data-driven designs; analytics products a plus.
• Customer-oriented mindset focused on real-world problems, iteration based on feedback.
• Curiosity, adaptability, passion for AI and data-driven applications including LLMs.
