What you will do

• Develop and own end-to-end features across data models, backend, frontend, and AI-powered product features including AI agent systems.
• Participate in full development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, rollout, and production operations.
• Contribute to technical architecture, lead designs for significant features, and review code.
• Collaborate in AI team to integrate and operate AI prototypes at production quality.
• Maintain infrastructure, automate processes, ensure security, and improve reliability of AI systems.
• Act as quality gatekeeper and raise standards for performance and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as software developer in frontend or backend.
• Deep knowledge of high-level languages like Python, Ruby, Scala, JS.
• Demonstrated significant product impact and ability to handle competing priorities.
• Experience as technical leader of a team.
• Passion for problem-solving, clean code, collaboration, and the climate mission.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven products like assistants, agents, or automation in production.
