What you will do

• Own the Forecast Analytics product lifecycle from vision and strategy through execution and iteration.
• Lead the underlying data foundation and make critical product-led decisions regarding data modeling.
• Enable cross-pod teams by leveraging the data foundation to unblock other teams within the Forecast group.
• Partner with design and engineering to define workflows and ship high-performance solutions at enterprise scale.
• Translate ambiguous or conflicting inputs into clear, data-driven product direction.
• Drive continuous improvement of the data layer to enable diverse capabilities across the hirify.global Forecast product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for B2B SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience building analytics, reporting, or data-intensive products.
• Proven ability to turn raw data into actionable insights at scale.
• Strong ownership and accountability for the product lifecycle and delivery.
• Fluent or highly proficient English.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate trade-offs effectively across engineering and design teams.
