Location: Redmond, United States. Employees within a 50-mile commute of the Redmond office are expected to work from the office at least four days per week starting January 26, 2026.

Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year (USD $158,400 – $258,000 in San Francisco Bay area and New York City).

What you will do

• Own and evolve end-to-end user experiences for Places and Maps, from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Lead product discovery through user research, data analysis, and partner feedback to define clear product bets.
• Partner with Design, Research, and Engineering to deliver intuitive experiences.
• Define roadmaps, success metrics, and milestones; iterate based on learnings.
• Run experiments to validate hypotheses and prioritize features.
• Communicate vision and outcomes to influence cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development (OR equivalent).
• Ability to meet Microsoft Cloud Background Check and security screening requirements.
• Experience owning product areas end-to-end.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management (OR equivalent).
• Experience with consumer-facing products like search, web, or maps.
• Experience with AI or AI-powered experiences.
• Proven track record of customer impact and stakeholder influence.
