What you will do

• Source and find new UGC creators via platforms, outreach, and testing talent
• Build, maintain, and develop a database of creators with tracking, segmentation, and performance metrics
• Create clear briefs and manage requests from creative and performance teams
• Negotiate with creators on rates, timelines, and deliverables while managing budgets for cost-efficiency
• Oversee content quality, alignment with briefs, and parallel work with multiple creators
• Test creative approaches, contribute to ideation, and analyze results collaboratively

Requirements

• Experience working with UGC, creators, or content production
• Strong ability to write clear briefs and set tasks
• Negotiation skills and ability to manage creator relationships
• Budget awareness and understanding of cost-efficiency
• Strong organizational skills for managing databases and structure
• Interest in performance marketing or willingness to grow
• Attention to detail and ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience in performance marketing or paid ads
• Understanding of Meta or TikTok creatives
• Experience with mobile apps or digital products
