What you will do

• Define and execute creative strategy for video ads including gameplay edits, trailers, UGC, and experimental formats
• Lead team of video editors to deliver high-quality, high-volume assets
• Collaborate with UA teams to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Monitor trends on TikTok, Meta, and mobile ad networks
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify winning patterns
• Ensure brand consistency while experimenting within short-form video constraints

Requirements

• 5+ years in mobile gaming, performance marketing, or digital ad agency
• Track record of ad creatives driving installs and performance
• Strong grasp of short-form video dynamics and user attention hooks
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Balance of data analysis and creative decision-making
• Leadership, communication, and project management in fast-paced settings
