What you will do

  • Own 20–30 UGC creators end-to-end: sourcing, onboarding, communication, motivation, performance tracking, payment
  • Review content, provide structured feedback to enforce quality and brand alignment
  • Track weekly performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion) and share insights with growth team
  • Coordinate posting schedules across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
  • Identify top-performing content, scale it, and cut underperformers
  • Support light social media management

Requirements

  • Based in the US with active presence on TikTok/Instagram and some experience managing creators/influencers
  • Available 20–30 hours/week on freelance basis, flexible across time zones with Berlin team
  • Structured, data-driven approach to performance tracking, scheduling, feedback
  • Genuine creativity for original ideas, familiarity with AI tools for content/trends
  • Passionate about TikTok, social media, content creation

Nice to have

  • Built own social channels with significant traction (30k+ followers, 10M+ views)
  • Managed/scaled creator programs (50–200+ creators)
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms
  • Hands-on experience sourcing/recruiting creators
  • Experience with student/education/Gen Z brands
