What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of new growth initiatives within the U.S. market.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis of the U.S. entertainment landscape.
• Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, reports, and decision-support materials.
• Act as a central coordination point across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Manage project timelines, track milestones, and provide operational support for evolving priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Los Angeles or El Segundo, California
• 2–4 years of experience in strategy consulting or business strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis (SQL proficiency preferred).
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans.
• Strong project management, organizational, and ownership skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
