TL;DR
Head of AI Enablement (AI): Design and build an AI Operating System for a 100-person company with an accent on architecture, custom tooling, prompt libraries, cross-disciplinary workflows, and governance. What you will do
- Design and implement AI OS architecture, deciding on stack, restrictions, and direction with full ownership.
- Build custom tooling and integrations using APIs from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Gemini.
- Evolve the prompt library with architecture, versioning, contribution process, metrics, and roadmap.
- Create cross-disciplinary AI workflows for designers, developers, PMs, and researchers.
- Establish AI governance rules for usage, validation, client data, and confidentiality.
- Design and run onboarding, training, measure adoption, and address engagement drops.
Requirements
- English C1+ both written and spoken
- 3–5+ years hands-on as UX/UI Designer
- Build integrations with AI model APIs (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini) independently
- Experience implementing AI in a team or organization
- Systematic prompt engineering with libraries and architectures
- Stack: Claude/GPT-4o/Gemini, Cursor/Copilot, Make/n8n or similar

- Agency experience delivering client projects
- Public AI projects (repos, articles, tools)
- Knowledge of design systems and DesignOps
- Multimodal models in design context
- Running workshops or teaching experience
