What you will do

• Identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions to automate compliance and operational workflows.
• Build and maintain tools, scripts, and AI agents to reduce manual workload and improve scalability.
• Design and maintain dashboards to provide visibility on key compliance and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business problems into technical requirements.
• Ensure all AI and automation solutions align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Stay up to date with AI developments to proactively identify new business use cases.

Requirements

• Experience building automated workflows or tools using Python, including APIs and data manipulation libraries like pandas.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools, prompt engineering, and integrating models via API.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills to handle messy datasets and produce clear MI.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Power Automate.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services compliance, legal, or risk management.
• Understanding of the RegTech landscape and multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCA, CySEC, ASIC).
• Experience evaluating and implementing third-party SaaS/AI tools.
