What you will do

• Own design from concept through launch across multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead 0→1 design for new products and features.
• Translate ambiguous inputs into clear flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design for conversion, usability, and measurable outcomes.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and experiments.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure quality in execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of UX/product design experience, including 0→1 product work.
• Strong portfolio showing shipped work and impact on user behavior.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong interaction design and information architecture skills.
• High proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent).

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS/JS); hands-on experience coding simple front-end, like static pages.
