Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen, Denmark (option to work from home or abroad)

What you will do

  • Lead discovery, strategy, and execution for major features across the consumer app and B2B partner tool.
  • Transform intricate B2B and B2C workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces that reduce cognitive load.
  • Evolve the company's design system by defining scalable components and optimizing the design-to-engineering handoff.
  • Validate design hypotheses using rapid prototyping, user research, and deep product analytics.
  • Collaborate within a product trio (Product, Engineering, Design) and align with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in product design, blending B2C app delight with B2B/SaaS functional complexity.
  • Deep expertise in Figma, including hands-on experience building or governing design systems.
  • Strong mastery of interaction craft, information architecture, and responsive design for mobile and web.
  • Data fluency to use quantitative adoption funnels and qualitative research to back design decisions.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills with a collaborative, low-ego mindset.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Copenhagen, Denmark.
