Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $80,000 – $140,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, schedule, and execute design projects effectively.
• Participate in preliminary design activities including master planning, concept design, programming, and feasibility studies.
• Develop programming, design documentation, presentations, renderings, and BIM models ensuring compliance and constructability.
• Perform quality reviews on BIM models, clash detection, and project documentation.
• Research and evaluate AI and other tools to improve design processes and innovation.
• Facilitate client meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, minutes, and final reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field preferred.
• 7–9 years of experience in architecture/engineering across all design phases from programming to construction administration.
• Technical knowledge of design, construction documents, building codes, ADA, materials, value engineering, and delivery models.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; detail-oriented and proactive.
