What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across technical and operational workstreams
• Track tasks, action items, and deliverables to align with timelines
• Organize and document meetings, capturing notes, decisions, and actions
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status updates
• Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for stakeholders
• Monitor collaboration tools like Teams and Jira for issues and updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Communications, Business, or related
• 2-5 years experience in project support, coordination, or operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with team projects, task tracking, and documentation
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust (High) clearance
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams

Nice to have

• Experience with testing, validation, or Jira/Trello
• Familiarity with digital health, AI, or technical systems
