What you will do

  • Lead GTM planning and execution for Postgres tooling, defining strategy, messages, metrics, and end-to-end playbooks.
  • Conduct Postgres-specific market and competitive research, analyze customer feedback, and provide actionable insights.
  • Shape messaging and positioning by translating product capabilities into Postgres value propositions and unified narratives.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including battlecards, training, and briefings for sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing on campaigns, launches, and community strategies.
  • Contribute to product strategy through buyer insights, roadmap alignment, and beta validations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing or GTM roles in B2B tech, ideally with database or developer tools.
  • Ability to translate complex capabilities into clear, customer-focused value propositions for Postgres.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for managing stakeholders and priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with data, feedback, and competitor analysis experience.
  • Self-starter with organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Experience setting and reporting metrics for GTM impact.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Seismic, Salesforce, 6sense, Crayon, Marketo.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and continuous improvement mindset.
