TL;DR

HR AI Strategist (AI): Develop and own the AI integration roadmap for HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, learning & development, and workforce planning with an accent on automation opportunities, tool evaluation, and governance frameworks. Focus on aligning AI initiatives with talent strategy, driving change management, monitoring trends, and measuring impact through KPIs.

What you will do

  • Develop and own AI integration roadmap for HR functions and identify automation opportunities.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement AI-powered HR tools through vendor assessments, pilots, and rollouts.
  • Define governance frameworks for responsible AI use including bias auditing and data privacy.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to align AI with talent strategy and business goals.
  • Drive AI literacy, change management, and training programs across HR organization.
  • Monitor HR tech trends and report on AI initiative impacts to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in HR, people analytics, or HR technology roles.
  • Proven track record implementing AI or automation tools in enterprise.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams (IT, legal, finance, leadership).
  • Background in change management or organizational transformation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML concepts for HR use cases.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and people analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

Nice to have

  • Experience with generative AI tools for HR workflows.
  • Certification in HR technology, data science, or AI ethics.
  • Prior consulting or advisory experience in HR transformation.
