What you will do

Define and execute technical content strategy aligned with business goals and product positioning
Own content calendar and editorial process, coordinating with writers and cross-functional teams
Provide strategic direction to content creators across formats like ebooks, infographics, videos, and hands-on labs
Lead and scale video and YouTube strategies for technical audiences
Track, analyze, and report on content performance to drive engagement, leads, and pipeline

Requirements

4+ years B2B SaaS content marketing experience, focused on technical audiences
Proven leadership in content strategy across multiple formats beyond blogs
Experience with video content creation and YouTube growth for technical audiences
Strong editorial skills to guide writers and creators
Technical intuition for complex topics and collaboration with technical teams
Data-informed approach using metrics to optimize content
Excellent communication in fast-paced, remote environment

Nice to have

Marketing to developer or infrastructure audiences (DevOps, SRE, platform engineering)
Familiarity with OpenTelemetry or cloud-native ecosystems
Experience creating hands-on labs or workshops
Background in high-growth, venture-backed startups
