What you will do

• Own design of key product areas or features from discovery through delivery, driving team alignment
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and deliver cohesive experiences
• Advocate for customer needs, inclusive design, while balancing security, technical, and business constraints
• Facilitate design critiques, feedback loops, and maintain high standards of usability across platforms
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design processes, tools, and AI-assisted workflows
• Communicate design rationale to stakeholders, influencing decisions through storytelling and evidence

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product design experience at a product-driven company
• Proficiency with Figma, design systems, and component libraries
• Strong portfolio showing design craft, product thinking, problem-solving, and impact
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and User Research teams
• Ability to simplify complex problems balancing flexibility, usability, and security
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Thrive in fast-moving, remote-first environment

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted design tools
• Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity products
• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design standards
