What you will do

• Lead zero-to-one product design across fintech, AI, crypto, B2C, and SaaS projects from early concepts to fully realized interfaces.
• Conduct product discovery research, including user interviews, competitive analysis, and synthesis of key insights.
• Create feature lists, user stories, and information architecture diagrams to align teams and guide development.
• Develop high-fidelity UI, wireframes, and prototypes while building and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Prepare and deliver strategic design recommendations and compelling presentations to clients.
• Manage schedules and deliverables autonomously within a remote consulting environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital product design with demonstrable senior-level responsibility on complex projects.
• Proven ability to design zero-to-one products, taking concepts from research to launch-ready interfaces.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of the design process.
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, etc.) to accelerate research and workflow.
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.

• Experience with user testing platforms.
• Skills in motion design and advanced interaction design.
