Senior Conversational Designer

TL;DR

Senior Conversational Designer (AI Chatbots): Design end-to-end conversational flows integrating AI capabilities with UX principles with an accent on NLP, generative AI, Regex, and Fuzzy logic for intuitive interactions. Focus on leading workshops, prototyping solutions, modeling chatbots, and optimizing performance based on metrics and user insights.

Location: Remote in Brazil

What you will do

• Gather business requirements and user insights to design conversational journeys across digital channels.
• Lead workshops and co-creation sessions with clients and stakeholders to validate concepts.
• Model, maintain, and improve AI chatbots ensuring brand consistency and tone.
• Prototype, document, and communicate design ideas to cross-functional teams.
• Define testing requirements, monitor metrics, and recommend optimizations.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams to advance innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX research, user personas, and journey mapping.
• Strong background in Information Architecture, Design Thinking, and Design Systems.
• Expertise in AI for chatbots (Watson, LUIS, Dialogflow).
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Knowledge of conversational metrics, prototyping, usability, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for client-facing work.

Nice to have

• Experience with multichannel interactions, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, RegEx, Fuzzy Match.
• Multilingual communication skills (English/Spanish).
