What you will do

• Drive all aspects of product design from brainstorming to launch, including pitching ideas and executing visual/interaction design.
• Create prototypes and communicate design solutions to stakeholders across the company.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to solve complex customer problems.
• Analyze customer usage patterns and validate designs directly with users to remove roadblocks.
• Define and measure success metrics for new features post-launch.
• Mentor and inspire junior designers, leading by example within the UX team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience on a product/UX team, ideally with SaaS applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and professional product work.
• Proficiency in UX research techniques and user behavior testing.
• Ability to communicate design rationale and conceptual ideas clearly.
• Strategic thinking and strong business acumen regarding product initiatives.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by 401k and US-based headquarters).
