What you will do

• Coach and motivate team to hit sales targets and KPIs, distributing them fairly
• Deliver premium customer service, build relationships, upsell, and perform makeup/skin consultations
• Lead execution of merchandising, events, and brand standards as ambassador
• Manage team performance, development, payroll, and collaboration with retailer/staff
• Handle technical processes using iPad tools and hirify.global systems

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a team in luxury beauty retail
• Strong sales background with drive to exceed targets
• High-level makeup artistry and passion for fashion-led brands
• Ownership mentality, detail-oriented, confident communicator
